Role and Responsibilities

Consultancy: We evaluate, develop, and implement food safety management systems. We conduct thorough risk assessments to identify, prevent, and eliminate hazards throughout the supply chain , support the development of documentation and records, followed by implementation for continual improvement.

Training & Skill Development, Capacity Building : We provide training to staff on best hygiene & safety protocols , conducting Internal audits & preparation of external audits

Audits & Compliance Assessments : We ensure operations meet local, national, and international standards (e.g., Codex Alimentarius, FDA). We perform internal audits such as ISO standards, GFSI scheme, HACCP, GMP-Feed, Organic, Halal, BAP, MSC -ASC COC etc to verify that facilities are prepared for inspections / third-party audits.

Plant design : We develop plant layout in line with GMP and food safety requirements.
